Boris Pestine, 90, beloved husband and best friend of Selena, nee Rosenberg for over 66 years; loving father of Matthew (Jamie Glass), Greg (Naomi Wexler) and Carolyn (Howard Harris); cherished “Tata” of Zachary, Sydney, Althea (fiance Bobby Stevens). Anna, Ella, Ian and Seth; dear brother of the late Myrtle (Sidney) Berman, Eli (Ruth), Martin (Florence), Selma (Ira) Benjamin, Gertrude (Ben) Kaplan and Carl (Celia); dear uncle and friend of many. Proud WWII Navy Veteran and loyal Cubs and Bears fan. Chapel service Thursday 2:30 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
